Dependencies

assoGiate requires glibmm version 2.8.0 or later; and gtkmm, gnome-vfsmm, and libxml++, version 2.6.0 or later. To install it from source, the gettext, libtool, pkgconfig, and gnome-doc-utils utilities are also required.

Arch Linux: The assogiate package is available from the User Repository.
Debian GNU/Linux: In recent releases, this set of packages satisfies all the required dependencies: build-essential, libgtkmm-2.4-dev, libgnome-vfsmm-2.6-dev, libxml++2.6-dev, gettext, and gnome-doc-utils.
Fedora: Michael Kürschner has provided RPM packages for Core 6. [1]
Gentoo Linux: The assogiate package is in the Portage tree. An updated ebuild for the current assoGiate version may be added to an overlay.
Ubuntu: The assogiate package is in the Universe repository for 7.10 (Gutsy). For previous Ubuntu releases, see the Debian dependencies above.
